Most primary care physicians are expected to oversee a patient panel of 4,000+ patients. This leads to short impersonal visits and a lack of availability when you need to be seen urgently. We pride ourselves in limiting our membership to only 400 patients per physician. This allows your doctor to truly know you and your health history, and be available when you need them.

Our Members are treated like family and enjoy the peace of mind of having their personal doctor on demand. Our dedication to providing the highest quality of care possible is just one of many things that sets Members Health Co apart.

Beyond preventive medicine, we offer a full spectrum of at-cost wellness services, including Botox, IV hydration, NAD+ treatments, farm-fresh meal prep, discounted massage therapy, and more. We’d rather you save your money on boutique treatments and instead enjoy personalized wellness services at-cost with your personal doctor who knows you, your comprehensive bloodwork, and your health/fitness goals.

Many of our Members live outside of Tennessee and still enjoy the benefits of proactive health and direct access to a physician who knows them. Bloodwork can be drawn at any LabCorp location across the country and Members receive our discounted lab pricing. Most medical concerns can be addressed via text, call, or video chat and if speciality care is required, we can help coordinate that anywhere in the country.

Our biggest value is time. We spend time getting to know you, we have time to be available whenever needed, and we have time to research solutions that address the root cause instead of giving you a rushed bandaid treatment. The best peace of mind is knowing that your personal Doctor is just a text or call away whenever needed, wherever you are.

Dr. Kyle Moore, D.O. began his career in emergency medicine with a mission to care for anyone, anytime—regardless of circumstance. After years in the ER, he saw firsthand how many crises could have been prevented with earlier intervention. That insight led him to focus on proactive, lifestyle-based care. Today, he integrates nutrition, movement, and preventive strategies to empower patients to take control of their long-term health and wellbeing.
